All designs produced by I Got My Own Back are custom-made and handcrafted specifically for each client. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final once production has begun.
Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time, materials, and design development. Once a design is approved and production starts, refunds or cancellations cannot be accommodated.
If an issue arises due to a defect in craftsmanship or an error on our part, we will work directly with the client to address the concern through repair or adjustment where possible. We encourage all clients to carefully review design details, sizing, and timelines prior to approval.
For ready-to-wear items, returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the item is unworn and in original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
